Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. Double check that your Start Screen isn’t set to sync on your devices. To get back to factory on your S2 and not have your old settings restored turn off sync on all of your devices.

Now decide what settings if any you want to sync across your devices and set up Sync accordingly. It sounds as if you don’t want your Start Screens to sync so leave that one off for sure. You can still save the individual settings of each device to SkyDrive without having to sync. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Sync page and turn on Back up settings. Your settings will then be available should you have to reset a device in the future. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.

I would like to completely wipe any backup settings and everything associated with my tablet. I made some mistakes and I would just like to completely reset it as if it is factory new.

Now I want to re-sync my devices and when I go back there, no devices are shown. But in my settings I have syncing turned on for both devices. I also have a Windows 8. I would just like to set up my tablet as a new PC and erase all synced data with my tablet maybe even laptop and start from 0. Can someone please help me?
